BLOCKTRI: Parallel Block Tridiagonal Solver

Our Block Tridiagonal Solver is one of the fastest parallel solvers for scientific codes, written in FORTRAN and MPI using the block cyclic algorithm, and tested with plasma equilibrium simulations for fusion energy tokamaks and astrophysics applications.
